I had a great time at red roof inn! the staff was super friendly, especially angie and ricardo, who helped me switch from a smoking room to a fresh one. my room was very clean and cozy, and it was conveniently close to a denny's.

The room was big and clean, way better than expected! The pool was actually a real pool, perfect for a chill-out. Plus, it had a fridge and microwave, which were super handy. Also appreciated the coffee available all day!

On arrival, the first room had poor cleanliness standards, with urine in the toilet and food left in the fridge. We were then assigned a second room where the door stood wide open and the AC struggled to cool down. After discovering dog poop crusted on the sheets, we opted to sleep in our car. The overall environment felt unsafe, with reports of criminal activity outside. There seemed to be a chronic issue with guests not receiving timely room service, with many sharing negative experiences during our stay. Given the circumstances, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
